Me Too Nagasaki lands Donny prize

ME TOO Nagasaki secured a second win from just career starts thanks to a courageous performance at Doncaster on Saturday night.

Jockey John Egan gave the Iffraaj colt a fine ride to take the 0-95, one-mile handicap in very testing ground.

Trainer Jeremy Noseda's charge was never too far away in what was a small field and came within a persistent challenge from over two furlongs out.

He edged right - probably due to the heavy going - in the closing stages but responded to Egan's final drive to get up just before the line for victory by a head.

Me Too Nagsaki, owned by Charles Fox, Ben Wilson and Robert Levitt, was returned the 5/1 winner.
